Ans: TroSys provides services in its own products only. TroSys is an open forum for discussion and identifying bugs in its products. If user finds the defects he/she can report to TroSys. TroSys team fixes it and release it on website which is 100% free. For feature enhancement if user is a customer of TroSys then he/she doesn’t need to pay any extra cost to TroSys.
